Central Vermont Reading to End Racism is an all-volunteer organization. We read books in local elementary schools about race difference, racial bias, anti-bullying, and civil rights history and struggle. We have been hosted by the following schools in this academic year (Calais, Cabot, Doty, Rumney, Twinfield, Barre City, Berlin) and will have at least two more events this spring. If you are interested in learning more or becoming a reader/ volunteer please join us on Saturday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Christ Church on State Street in Montpelier.
