Castleton Indivisible Meeting

Past event
Mar 21, 2018

Wed. March 21 6:30-8:30pm

Castleton Indivisible is a committed group of grassroots activists based in Rutland County, Vermont, who believe in defending our democratic society by supporting equality and justice for all, healthcare as a right, diversity as a strength, a free press, the importance of scientific knowledge, and the need to treasure and protect our natural world. We educate ourselves, decide what we need to do, and take action by working at the local, state, and national level. We also inform and inspire each other and engage in direct action such as writing letters, making phone calls, signing petitions, participating in get-out-the-vote campaigns, and attending trainings, marches and rallies. We are inclusive, action-oriented, collaborative, and grounded in the tradition of nonviolent resistance. "One nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice FOR ALL." Please join us for our next meeting: Wednesday March 21st, 6:30-8:30pm in the Rutland Regional Medical Center CVPS Leahy Community Health Education Center 160 Allen St, Rutland, VT.
