Learn how 5th generation maple sugar maker, Dave Hartshorn, has been working with his parents since he was a young boy to make the tasty, natural, nutrient rich, liquid we call maple syrup. Ask Dave how maple syrup was discovered, it's a cool story.
Maple goodies will also be available: maple cotton candy, maple creemes, maple milkshakes, maple candy and creme, maple on ice cream, and a baked good with maple syrup in it. Enjoy fresh out of our flatbread oven pizza.
