SBLT Annual Meeting

All are invited to the annual meeting of the South Burlington Land Trust (SBLT), taking place Sunday, March 25, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Ridgewood Estates Club House (second right going West on Swift Street from Dorset, than keep left. Clubhouse is on the left as you round the first corner).

Meeting schedule:

* Introductions and potluck (please bring a dish to share, if you are able)
* Natural History Note from UVM forest ecology professor, Dr. Bill Keeton: The importance of South Burlington's forests and tree canopy.
* Annual report: Updates, accomplishments, and current projects from the SBLT board of directors.
* Election of board members.

Why come?

* Meet and connect with people passionate about land conservation and concerned about the protection of open space in our city.
* Share your concerns and priorities surrounding the preservation of clean waterways, healthy forests, working farmlands and wildlife habitat.
* Discover what the SBLT is working towards and how you can support the cause.
* Share food and conversation with neighbors.
* Learn how to get involved as a volunteer or advocate for South Burlington's open spaces.
* Hear the latest about our city's forest health from our guest speaker, Bill Keeton.
