Adam Alter is the bestselling author of two books: Irresistible, which considers why people are addicted to so many behaviors, from incessant smart phone and internet use to video game playing and online shopping. In this talk, he dives into the fascinating psychology that drives our tech addictions.

Please join us as Alter makes his case for ways we can move towards a happier relationship with technology.

We will watch his TED talk on the big screen and discuss it over snacks.
