I will be participating and helping to put on the American Lung Association in Vermont's Fight for Air Snowshoe Shuffle 5k at Bolton Valley Nordic Center.

Love the tranquility of a walk in the woods or never snowshoed before? You can take your time! Seasoned snowshoer who likes a challenge? Try the run! The course will showcase the best of Vermont's natural beauty and best of the Bolton Valley Nordic Center.

Pre-registration is $35 (and includes a drawstring back pack while limited supply lasts) and $40.00 the day of the race.
