•squash soup - with toasted pepitas and crema
Second course
spicy grilled prawns, coconut, jicama, & chayote squash salad, crispy plantain shoestrings
Third course
smokey chicken tamales, chili roasted corn, salsa verde, salsa roja, prickly pear salsa
Fourth course
mole slow roasted pork, chicharones, rice and beans, cotija, crispy yucca.
