Join Jen Peterson, RYT and Julie Bibleheimer, L.Ac. this Saturday or Sunday for an exploration of your Wood element. You will learn about healthy practices to stay emotionally, physically, and mentally balanced in the transition from winter to spring. This is the second in our series of workshops combining yoga and acupuncture to explore the elements as understood by Taoist philosophy. It is a 2 1/2 hour workshop and includes a moving yoga practice, a short talk about the Wood element from a Taoist perspective, a guided meditation, ending with an acupuncture treatment during an extended Savasana, the final yoga pose.
