The Upper Missisquoi and Trout Rivers Wild & Scenic Committee is hosting the festival as part of our year-long celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Wild and Scenic Act. Our Film Festival is comprised of nine excellent independent films with environmental and adventure themes.
