A 4 week intermediate class will begin on Monday, January 27, also in Waitsfield. This class is ideal for those who have taken previous classes with Joni and want to continue deepening their practice. Classes will include more in depth exploration of meditation and yogic techniques, with a balance of theory and practice. There is no charge for the classes although donations are accepted. The class runs from 7pm- 8:30pm.
