During our time together, health professionals from Lamoille County will be sharing their knowledge and passion for hospice. Training will be held at Lamoille Home Health & Hospice, 54 Farr Avenue, Morrisville.

Daytimes: September 7th & 21st from 9am-1pm. All sessions must be attended
