This coming Saturday on March 10th, St. Michael's (Ross Sports Center) will be hosting the 12th Annual beCAUSE Craft Show. Each vendor will donate 50% to 100% of their net sales to a non-violent charity of their choice. Over the past 11 years, vendors have collectively raised approx. $140,000 for charity organizations. All vendors will be selling hand-crafted goods and are required to provide proof of donations.
I will be donating 50% of the proceeds for my hand-crafting business, Heidi's Haberdashery, to Lake Champlain International (LCI). LCI is Vermont-based and is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring swimmable, drinkable, and fishable waters for present and future generations.
