Knotwork, one of Vermont’s premier Irish traditional music groups, is an internationally acclaimed trio has enchanted audiences at venues in Moretown, Vermont to Moscow, Russia, with hundreds of places in between, for more than a decade. Annabel Moynihan plays on fiddle with Michael Moynihan singing and playing the Irish drum and Don Schnaber on virtuoso guitar. All three musicians have performed and recored in a wide range of musical line-ups, from folk to classical, to rock and heavy metal.

Dominque Dodge is a harper and singer, who splits her time and music between Vermont and Cape Breton. Her passion for melody-driven dance music and responsive, rhythmic accompaniment, as well as for songs, airs, and 18th century harp tunes. Her sound is firmly grounded in the traditional music and song of Cape Breton, Scotland, and Ireland. Playing with Ms. Dodge on violin, Ben Wang also has a passion for traditional Irish music, having played extensively throughout the Northeast with a developing interest in improvisational music.

Also performing is Sebastian James, a multi-instrumentalist who hails from Stowe, Vermont, and started the violin at age 5 years old. He has traveled throughout Ireland, Scotland, and Japan playing traditional Irish and experimental electric fiddle.

Daria Noonan-Wehmeyer & Gwen Lybarger will be dazzling us with their Irish step-dancing throughout the program.

Following the performances the stage will be open for a relaxed traditional Irish session for those with tickets and instruments.
