Tai Chi for Fall Prevention is an evidence-based program that supports better balance, coordination, mental focus and muscle strength. In this informational session, I will overview the upcoming 8-week beginner series and demonstrate some tai chi moves. *This program is modifiable to suit a variety of abilities and you do not need any prior experience.
FREE and open to the public. Handicap accessible space. Parking is in the town offices lot.
