Mayo Healthcare's Taste of Maple evening is Friday, March 16 ---- please join us!  With delicious sweet and savory offerings from top area chefs, the Taste of Maple is Mayo Healthcare's annual fundraiser....And it's a community celebration you won't want to miss.

From 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Milano ballroom at Norwich University you'll sample culinary creations featuring Vermont's sweetest specialty by local chefs and help determine the "People's Choice" winner.  Our line-up of chefs include representatives from Mayo Healthcare, Northfield Senior Center, Two Wooden Spoons, The Woods Lodge, Falls General Store, The Cornerstone Pub & Kitchen, Delicate Decadence, Hunger Mountain Co-op, and the Hyde Away Inn and Restaurant. An impressive silent auction and bucket raffle will be available throughout the evening.

All proceeds from this year's Taste of Maple go towards Mayo Healthcare's music programming.  Mayo, a non-profit residential care, memory care, rehabilitation, and continuing care home in Northfield, has been serving seniors in central Vermont for over 75 years. Our mission is caring for life and music is an integral part of this.  Whether it is a live performance, a sing along, or our music and memory program, music succeeds in enhancing the quality of life of residents.
