Six-Week Beginner Yoga Series Starts Thursday

For folks trying out yoga for the first time, having a regular schedule and practicing with a small group of other beginners can be of great support. If this sounds appealing to you, you might consider joining the upcoming Total Beginner Yoga series, which begins next Thursday, March 8th at Evolution PT and Yoga. This six-week series of evening classes - led by Rachel de Simone, who has been teaching this series for five years - is a great opportunity to learn the basics from a skilled teacher, in the good company of a small community of like-minded, curious newbies. Total Beginner Yoga with Rachel de Simone
Thursdays, 7:15-8:15 pm at Evolution PT and Yoga
Mar 8 – Apr 12, $99
Learn the basics of a hatha yoga practice, with modifications made as needed to accommodate tight bodies. By the end of the series, you will be able to take your new yoga knowledge and begin a home practice, or venture out into the greater yoga community. Rachel strives to provide a safe environment for beginners to feel welcome; all that is required is that you show up ready to try something new, and smile. This series is appropriate for someone with little to no physical or athletic background.
