This week's OLLI talk will feature Professor and Publisher Robert Williams, speaking about ''Plan V: The Case for a 2nd VT Republic.'' Dr. Williams, who is a professor at UVM and also publisher of the newspaper The Vermont Independent, will present a 12-point program for a 2nd VT Republic: a plan for interdependence. Come hear about this idea, which has been present in VT for many years now.
