If you are anyone you know is exploring at local, independent schools, I wanted to invite you to the Lake Champlain Waldorf School Open House this Saturday, January 25, 10:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m. Come learn about their dynamic Pre-K through 12th grade curriculum. See how Waldorf education integrates academics with arts, movement, music, and a reverence for nature.

The Open House will take place at the Lake Champlain Waldorf School’s early childhood and grade school campus (359 Turtle Lane, Shelburne), nestled in a 22-acre nature preserve. There will be ongoing tours, led by high school students and faculty, a presentation about Waldorf education at 11:00 a.m., and classrooms open for visiting all morning. Faculty from the parent and child program, kindergarten, grade and high school will be on hand to answer questions. Young children can decorate candles and play in the kindergarten.
