Core & Booty Workshop with Sila Teal Rood

Build strength and definition in your powerhouse: Your thighs and buns! And just as every apple has a core, so must every apple booty. Our core, including our abs, sides and back, can all achieve the strength necessary to support good posture. By utilizing simple movements to tone and train these areas of our bodies, we improve our ability to carry ourselves with agility and grace. Great conditioning for athletes, yogis, dancers and even beginners to fitness routines. Women & men both benefit greatly from strengthening the core and glutes. Get sweaty in this 2 hour workshop, learn a few hot dance moves and exercises that we can even do on our living room floors!
