All are welcome at the baking workshop on Saturday, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Experienced baker Alison Forrest will show how to bake a variety of types of breads, including yeasted and sourdough breads, plus quickbreads, including ones with fruit!

Capital City Grange is pleased to have the support of King Arthur Flour, and the Hunger Mountain Food Co-op for donations to allow us to purchase baking supplies for everyone to use.

Besides the baked goods which participants will share and take home, we'll be baking for the Good Samaritan Haven, a shelter for homeless people located in Barre, whom we have also invited to take part in the workshop. These will be donations which will be in good taste!

The workshop is open to anyone 12 or older; admission is by donation, so don't hesitate to join us.
