Join us as local herbalist, Rebecca Dalgin, teaches how to use plants to support immune health along with herbal approaches to cold and flu care. We will talk about what to have in your home to be prepared if a winter cold comes sneaking around. Handouts, recipes and samples will be provided.

Rebecca Dalgin is a clinical herbalist immersing herself in the daily unfurling of plants and people for the past six years. She holds a B. A. in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College with a concentration in place based plant medicine and is a graduate of the clinical herbalist training program at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism. http://www.wildheartwellness.net/
