The next book that the UVMLS (Upper Valley Mountain Literature Society) will discuss is "Into Thin Air," by Jon Krakauer. This is a classic mountaineering book, and is a very exciting read. We'll discuss the book in its entirety from 6:30 to 7:30 at the Tunbridge Library on March 22. UVMLS discussions are exciting and nonformal, and we would encourage anybody who has read the book or has an interest in it to stop by. Even if you just want to listen in and not participate in the discussion, it will still be a lot of fun. There are copies of the book available at the Tunbridge Library for anybody who doesn't have or doesn't want to buy their own copy. "Into Thin Air" is perhaps the most famous piece of mountain literature of the past fifty years, and the UVMLS's discussion of it is not to be missed.
