Visit a small scale, low impact harvest at Sterling College in Craftsbury. See horses and oxen working in the woods and discuss challenges and trade-offs of working at a smaller scale.

This will be the second workshop in the Cut with Confidence Series. The second workshop will visit an active harvest at Sterling College in Craftsbury. Participants will gain increased understanding of how to set up a successful harvest and the responsibilities of those involved. Discussion will cover contracts, silviculture and everything in between. in your woods.
