Mar 1, 2018, 6:30 to 7:30 PM

The Lake Champlain Basin Program will host Phenomenal Phenomena, by Mike Winslow, on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the LCBP office in Grand Isle, VT. Winslow has a strong background in lake science and education and outreach initiatives. He has also been a very active member of Audubon and currently serves as the Technical Advisory Chairperson for the LCBP.

Mike will share interesting images from the Lake Champlain watershed, explaining some of the science behind them. Winslow authored Lake Champlain: A Natural History which was co-published by the Lake Champlain Committee while he served as their staff scientist.

If you have a mysterious or cool Lake Champlain photo or object that you would like to share, please bring it along. This FREE program will be held at the LCBP office, 54 West Shore Rd, Grand Isle, VT, just north of the LCT ferry entrance. Homemade desserts are served for the 6:30 program. For more info, call LCBP, 372-3213.
