The Dream Big 5K is a community 5K and Fun Run for folks of all ages and abilities.

The professionally-timed race begins and ends at Essex Middle School, winding through surrounding neighborhoods. (USATF certification pending) The flat course is wheelchair and stroller-friendly. Racers receive a ribbon for participating, a t-shirt, and swagbag, with special recognition for top 3 finishers in each division (Youth, Adult, Masters, Adaptive). The Dream Big 5K is a fundraiser to support EDD Memorial Fund Adaptive Sports programs for individuals with disabilities in VT.
