The Shambhala Meditation Center of St. Johnsbury presents a new four-week course, Meditation in Everyday Life. This beginning meditation program is designed to help new meditators develop a regular practice and bring the benefits of mindfulness meditation into their daily lives. Through establishing a consistent meditation practice, we learn to accommodate whatever arises in our lives with wakefulness and relaxation. Over time, meditation helps us to cultivate courage, humor, and stability in the face of the daily complexities that we all experience – in our relationships, jobs, and all aspects of daily life.
