Join the City of Winooski Department of Recreation and Parks for Card Making 101!
We've partnered with Lucia White, a local expert in paper crafting to offer this fun and educational opportunity. Lucia has five years of experience hosting paper crafting events and teaching everything from card making to scrapbooking with individuals of all experience levels. Participants of all levels of experience (ages 15 and up) will learn how to make beautifully crafted handmade cards. Supplies provided!
