Chair Yoga returns to the Waterbury Library for a spring session. Yoga teacher, massage therapist and health coach, Kate Greenleaf will be lead a Gentle Chair Yoga class in the SAL room on Wednesday, March 7th from 11-noon. If you’ve wondered what the buzz about chair yoga is, this is your chance to try it. If balance or strength issues has kept you from trying yoga, this is a wonderful class to support and strengthen you. Gentle chair yoga deepens flexibility while supporting range of motion for the spine. The 45 minute sequence will be followed by a relaxing guided meditation and is designed to promote health and fitness for all ages. Call the library at 244-7036 to register. FREE.
