Dreams and Self Expression

Exploring our dreams can help us discover new dimensions of our creativity. As we enter the dream reality, we experience feelings and images that can inform how we express ourselves.

Humans are creative beings with a deep need to express our inner experience. For centuries people have used art, music, voice, writing, and movement to express that need. Students will learn the basics of exploring their dreams, and will have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of media to express their dream-inspired, inner experience.
