The Community Seed Exchange at the Barton Public Library
Dreaming of Spring? Come one giant step closer and join us for the launch of the 2016 gardening season at the Barton Public Library on Saturday, February 24th from 10 – 12. The Community Seed Exchange at the Barton Public Library, formerly called the Orleans County Seed Library, invites you to celebrate all things green and growing with lots of information about planning your garden, starting seeds, growing herbs and plants for pollinators. And there will be plenty of free seeds to get you ready for that Town Meeting seed starting date! Refreshments and door prizes too! If you need more information email us at nekseeds@gmail.com or visit our Facebook page. The Community Seed Exchange is a free and public program of the Barton Public Library that supports local gardeners through the provision of organic and open-pollinated seeds and information about gardening and related topics.
