Middlebury Maple Run-The Sweetest Half is the town's largest sporting event (half marathon and two person relay) with more than 1,000 runners. This year's race date is Sunday, May 4th. The race brings runners, friends and families, many from out of state, staying at hotels, eating at restaurants, shopping, or just filling up the gas tank.
