The Town of Essex Planning Commission will review several applications for development on Thursday, March 8 at 6:30pm at the Town Offices.
First, there are two items on the consent agenda. One is a boundary line adjustment and simple parcel subdivision at 245 and 247 Lost Nation Road in the Conservation (C1) zoning district, and the other is a simple parcel subdivision at 63 Old Stage Road in the Low Density Residential (R1) district.
Following the consent agenda, Allen Brook Development, Inc. has two proposed amendments to previously-approved developments in the Resource Preservation District - Industrial (RPD-I) zoning district. The applicant has requested to reconfigure a subdivision off Thompson Drive in order to accommodate shortening Red Pine Circle by approximately 90 feet. In conjunction with this reconfiguration, the previously-approved site plan for 131 Red Pine Circle (Lot 5) must be shifted to the southwest.
Comments from the public are welcome at the meeting and, for consent agenda items, must be made during the "Public Comments" period at the beginning of the meeting.
