Saturday January 18 and Sunday January 19: OPENING WEEKEND New exhibit at ECHO: Alice’s Wonderland!
Journey down the rabbit hole to explore the award-winning traveling exhibition, Alice's Wonderland, based on Lewis Carroll's classic, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. This exhibit opens on January 18 and will be at ECHO through May 11. With inspiration from Alice the intrepid explorer, the exhibition inspires curiosity, encourages exploration, and helps make the unknown more familiar, maybe even logical, and certainly fun. Alice’s Wonderland is perfect for children ages 3 to 8. With an emphasis on girls and minorities, populations traditionally under represented in science and math, the exhibition provides rich, developmentally appropriate learning experiences in math, science, and literacy.

Alice’s Wonderland was developed with support from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and is a winner of the American Association of Museums Award of Excellence for Exhibit Design.

Monday, January 20: MLK, Jr. Day Celebration with $4 admission all day!
ECHO will open its doors for $4 admission as part of a community-wide celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. The day's events will include family-friendly programming honoring Dr. King's legacy.
