Learn about how solar panels are made, how the system components work, how to figure out how many solar panels you need, how to spin your meter backwards, how to make sure you get all the financial incentives available, what is the real potential of solar energy for our state and country, and more. Gary Beckwith of The Solar Bus (solarbus.org) has been teaching about solar energy for over 25 years. If it's sunny on the day of the class, solar-baked cookies will be served.
