Free Thursday Evening Yoga at Hartland Library!

Beginning on February 22nd, this free six-week session is offered on Thursday evenings at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at the Hartland Library to anyone over the age of 10.

Classes are specifically designed for those with little or no previous yoga experience and will focus on breathing techniques, traditional poses, proper alignment, and relaxation in a safe and nurturing environment. Those with more experience who are interested in revisiting the foundations of yoga will also enjoy this series. While it is encouraged to participate in the full six weeks, practitioners have the freedom to attend any or all classes.

Props are provided. Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. Please feel welcome to contact the instructor, Alexandra, at YogaNowWithAlexandra@gmail.com if you do not have a yoga mat, would like announcements in case of schedule changes, or have any questions.
