Valentine's Dinner

Soup: Saffron Lobster bisque.

Salad: Arugal with picked fennel, strawberries, chevre, candied pecans and honey balsamic.

Toast: Smoked Arctic Char and Walley brandade with horseradish and celery root on toasted Wally's sour dough.

Entree: Herb crusted roasted local leg of lamb with cinnamon and nutmeg spiced sweet potato puree and cherry gastrique.

Dessert: Candy Lab assorted chocolates with homemade blood orange sorbet.
