The Greensboro Free Library community chili dinner to help raise funds for the library will be held Friday, February 16, at 5:30 pm in Fellowship Hall, Greensboro United Church, 165 E Craftsbury Rd, Greensboro.
People of all ages are invited to come take the chill out of winter by partaking in a variety of homemade chilies, etc. Come enjoy the food and fellowship of your friends and neighbors. The library's younger patrons will dance, play the violin, and enact stories from Riverside Farm History. Wonderarts Afterschool Singing Group will bring us songs to enjoy.
Suggested donation is $8 for adults and $3 for children. All donations will go to support library operations. Thanks to Willey's Store, the Cellars at Jasper Hill and many volunteers for their generous support. Call the library at 533-2531 for more information or to contribute to the wonderful food.
