The Essex Conservation & Trails Committee will meet on Tuesday, February 13th at 7:00pm at 81 Main Street.

The meeting will begin with a training for the Trail Caretakers program, through which volunteers can "adopt" a public trail and help with light maintenance, invasive species removal, and alerting Parks and Recreation of bigger issues (like downed trees). If you are interested in this program but have not yet registered, please contact Town Planner Darren Schibler (information below).
Following the training, the CTC meeting will include a public comment period for the draft Forest Management Plan for Indian Brook Park. You can view the draft plan on the town website at the link below (allow extra time for downloading, as it is a large document):
