Senior Lunch at Libanus Lodge

Past event
Feb 8, 2018, 11 AM to 1 PM

This Thursday, we will again be serving our Lunch for Seniors at Libanus Lodge on the corner of North and Elm Streets at noon. We will start with a homemade soup followed by a bean salad. The main course is Alaskan Halibut Fillets which will be served with homemade baked beans and butternut squash. Gert Bingham will be making her homemade rolls and her granddaughter, Lisa Ward is donating dessert which is a a homemade brownie topped with a layer of cheesecake which has a strawberry compote on top of that! Lisa's mom, Mary Bingham is again making her donuts and they will be arriving around 11:00 AM. And finally, Tom Vernor will be making his Annual visit to entertain us with his Magic Act- always a crowd favorite! So be sure to come early to get a good seat and have a nice visit with all your friends and neighbors. All reports say that the snow storm will be over and we will be plowed out. If you haven't signed up already, please call 453-4877 to make a reservation.
