The Planning Commission meets next on February 6th. The following items are on the agenda:

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Commercial District planning project has been sent out for review by folks. At the time of this posting not many comments have been received. The current draft with the comments received can be viewed on the Planning Commission's web page here: https://goo.gl/xCBn29. This draft and any additional comments will be discussed on Tuesday. The PC will also talk about the proposed process of hiring the consultant.

The Planning Commission will continue the discussion on the Natural Resources Overlay. A summary sheet as well as the Conservation Commission’s response show the latest progress on the PC's web page. A new draft will be posted on on the Planning Commissions web page on Monday. See the above link.
