How can we make Vermont more affordable, not just for businesses, but for everyone? Sometimes it takes some thinking outside of the box. The ESSEX Plan, i.e., the Economy Strengthening Strategic Energy Exchange, is just such an innovative concept. This is a plan to reduce the costs of Vermont's clean electricity for businesses and consumers while putting a price on carbon pollution. I will be hosting a forum to present the details of this plan and solicit feedback on Monday, February 12th, at 7:00 PM at the Charlotte Senior Center. All are welcome.
