Do you find yourself searching for a little peace and quiet?
We can offer time and space for up to an hour if you would like to join us.
A group of us know we need this hour of silence in our lives and we gather together with the intention of shutting everything else out.
The first Monday of each month we gather at the United Methodist Church in Grand Isle at 4:45pm to catch up, get settled in and by 5pm we are sitting and silent.
Everyone is welcome to join us.
You can stay the entire time or leave when you need to do so.
You can think or not think, meditate or not... this is your time.
