Come join Tai Chi for Seniors! Tai Chi is a slow, gentle exercise, a fun, joint-safe activity proven to make an impact on your daily life.
Over 8 weeks you will learn the basic forms of Sun Style Tai Chi. The benefits of this Fall Prevention program include increased balance & agility, upper and lower body strength, mindfulness of our body movements in time and space, and stress relief techniques. Centers for Disease Control and Injury Prevention (CDC) report this program reduces falls by 55% and recurrent falls by 70%. Age Well (aka CVAA) offers this FREE program for adults 50+.
