This Saturday February 3, 2018 Barre Republicans will gather at the Canadian Club in Barre at 8 am. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 am sharp, the cost is $7.50 per person. We will hear a brief report from Rep. McFaun and Rep. Laclair for updates on Montpelier mayhem. The Topic of the Day will be hearing from Barre School Board members about what is coming for educational spending in our upcoming town meeting budget votes. This will be a complicated issue and we may only have time for the presentation by school board members. If times doesn't allow for questions,, we will do a 2 minute recap at the March meeting and save most of that meeting time for questions of the school board members. We encourage folks to attend, you do not need to be a member to attend. We do ask that you notify me in advance so we can include you in the headcount for breakfast.
