Crow’s Path is stoked to be collaborating with Powe Snowboards to offer a new program this year to combine our love of being outside in the woods with our love of being on a mountain. Join us on a 2- or 5-day expedition of learning about winter survival and shredding Bolton Valley, one of Vermont’s hidden gems. During this week we’ll be learning how to thrive in our winter elements and about the ecology of Bolton Valley, and of course, exploring the slopes. The optional first three days (M-W: Winter Survival Camp) of this adventure will be spent off-mountain learning about various aspects of being on the mountain in the winter, like tracking wildlife, staying warm in freezing temps, tree identification, and fire-by-friction. Thursday and Friday we’ll take to the slopes and explore, shred, and appreciate the beauty of winter!
