Reviews will be in accordance with the Winooski Zoning Ordinance and all applicable provisions of T. 24 VSA Ch. 117. Plans are available for review at City Hall during regular business hours. Participation in the hearing is required to maintain party status necessary for appeal.
The Development Review Board (DRB) is a quasi-judicial volunteer resident board that upholds the standards and procedures defined in the Winooski Zoning Ordinance. The DRB reviews and makes decisions on subdivisions, site plans, conditional uses, variances, and appeals of the Zoning Administrator’s determinations.
