Posting for my friend, Willoughby Carlo:

Hello everyone, I want to let you all know about an upcoming event at Mount Mansfield Union High School. On Wednesday the 24th there will be a film screening of the documentary "13th". This documentary explores the long-term effects of the 13th amendment on today's world, specifically with regard to the prison industrial complex. This film is the first in a four-part series at MMU to explore racial justice in today's society. I am working in collaboration with the Peace and Justice Center and the MMU After Dark program on this series. This event is free, although to sign up on the MMU After Dark website it will charge $1 which can be reimbursed at the event. You can also just show up! Please join us this Wednesday from 6-8pm in the MMU library. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at willoughby.carlo@cesuvt.org.

Thank you very much, we hope to see you there!
