The mission of the newly formed St. Johnsbury Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (St. J B-PAC) is to provide guidance to the Select Board and to enhance, promote, and advocate for the safety, walkability, and bike-ability of St. Johnsbury.

The group meets monthly on the last Thursday of the month at 7:30 AM on the second floor of the Welcome Center in the municipal conference room. (With the exception of December when we will meet on the 20th) All meetings are open to the public.
