NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Lincoln Select Board will hold a public hearing on January 23, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Lincoln Town Clerk’s Office in Lincoln, Vermont, on the proposed Lincoln Town Plan. This hearing is held pursuant to 24 VSA §4385.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND AREAS OF TOWN AFFECTED
The Town Plan is used as a basis for Zoning and other Town ordinances. For major development applications, certain sections are used as review criteria in Act 250 and other State regulatory proceedings. All areas within the Town of Lincoln are affected.
