COMMUNITY CONVERSATION: Love in Action
The first of four Community Conversations this year will take place from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, at The Congregational Church of Middlebury, UCC. Rev. Andy Nagy-Benson and Emily Joselson are delighted to welcome Dr. Jon Isham (Professor of Economics, Middlebury College) and students from the Winter Term course, Hate, Love, and Reconciliation in the Public Sphere. Professor Isham and his students will help lead a discussion — “Love in Action” — that explores the power of love to effect social change. This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome. The Congregational Church is located at 2 Main Street in Middlebury.
